Big ups to Margarita Vargas who had enough sense to do the right thing and call 911.

"The shooting at the Balderas station in central Mexico City happened after police stopped Luis Felipe Hernandez Castillo, 38, from writing graffiti on the wall of one of the subway platforms." Astonishingly, the video shows people remaining on the platform during the shooting that left two dead and eight wounded.
